Building Trust Beyond the Claim: Claim Supplement Pro at the RSCA Golf Event

On September 4, 2025, Claim Supplement Pro had the honor of attending and sponsoring the RSCA (Roofing & Siding Contractors Alliance) Golf Event at Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri. What made the day stand out wasn’t just the beautiful setting or the friendly competition, but the way contractors, owners, and industry partners came together around shared experiences, open dialogue, and a strong sense of community.
As both a sponsor and RSCA member, we didn’t arrive with a sales pitch or scripted agenda. We came to show up for the contractor community in a way that felt useful and aligned with how we work every day.
An Event That Reflected the RSCA Community
We arrived early to set up our tent and immediately felt the welcoming tone set by RSCA. The RSCA team was well-organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the day successful. They assisted with logistics, answered questions, and ensured everyone felt welcomed and prepared.
That level of care wasn’t just performative. It reflected the same community-first mindset RSCA brings to its members year-round, setting the stage for an event that felt collaborative rather than transactional.

Turning Education Into Conversation
At our tent, we intentionally skipped the traditional pitch and leaned into something more interactive. Contractors participated in a game built around real-world scenarios they face every day involving insurance claims, supplements, and the gray areas that can complicate projects.
Correct answers earned chips that could be exchanged for prizes. The format created a relaxed, high-energy environment where learning felt natural and conversations happened organically. Everyone walked away with something tangible–but more importantly, they left with insights that connected directly to their day-to-day work.
Connection Over Collection
Rather than forcing lead capture, we let conversations take the lead. More than 20 contractors voluntarily shared their information to enter a $500 raffle, which was drawn and announced during lunch.
What mattered most wasn’t the number, though. It was the depth and quality of the interactions. Conversations focused on real challenges and lived experiences–not surface-level pitches. That approach allowed familiarity and trust to develop without pressure.

Results That Extended Beyond the Golf Course
The event led to 14+ follow-up meetings with contractors, many of whom showed up ready to continue meaningful conversations. Not every discussion resulted in an immediate partnership, but that was never the goal.
What did happen was more meaningful:
- Long-term relationships were established
- Trust was built face-to-face
- Claim Supplement Pro was recognized as a knowledgeable, approachable partner
Many of those relationships are now active and continue to grow through ongoing conversations and collaboration.
Staying Present in the RSCA Community
Our involvement with RSCA didn’t end when the golf carts were parked. We continue to stay engaged with members and reconnected again at the RSCA Holiday / Christmas Party on December 10.
This consistency reflects exactly how we approach our work: relationships over transactions, and long-term trust over short-term wins.
Why Showing Up Matters
This isn’t a story about deals closed or numbers tallied. It’s about the value of being present.
By investing time and energy into events like the RSCA Golf Event, we’re able to support contractors in ways that truly matter and stay aligned with the core vision of our company. We’re here to share knowledge, listen to challenges, and build credibility through consistency–not pressure.
That’s who we aim to be at Claim Supplement Pro: contractor-focused, relationship-driven, and committed to doing the work that lasts beyond a single claim.
If you’re part of the RSCA community–or simply believe in building stronger, more transparent partnerships–we’re always open to continuing the conversation.
